Barbieri, through the brothers Igino and Corrado Palladini, who managed successfully the company until 1984, until today under the direction of the nephew Marco Paladini keeping all the secrets connected with the making and the mixing of the coffee.
Sofisticated roasting test through the electronic monitoring of the temperatures and the air cooling guarantee an excellent quality product, that is packed in special packaging having special valves avoiding the entrance of any external atmospheric agent.
